Seasonal Maintenance

Seasonal Maintenance of holiday homes can be arranged through the park office e.g. boiler service, winter drain off, exterior washing.

Additional Costs

Siting and connection charges £5000 inc. VAT for single units, quotations for lodges/double units on request.

Includes transport from the factory to the park, connections to the three main services (water, sewer and electric), 2 x 47kg gas bottles, change over regulator and full gas commission. Quotations available for decking.
